DESCRIPTION:QGIS has 3D Map Views\, but sometimes you need your geo data to
be exported for use in other applications. For example to be pimped in Bl
ender3D or visualized online in Cesium.\n\nThe 3D IO plugin for QGIS provi
des an easy way to export your data. In this workshop we will use the plug
in to export a data set\, render something arty in Blender and make it vis
 ible in Cesium.

DESCRIPTION:Join this presentation to reflect on the journey of the Dutch Q
GIS User Group\, founded in December 2019\, just before the COVID-19 pande
mic. Over the past five years\, the group has grown to 140 individual memb
ers and 25 organizational members\, fostering a vibrant community dedicate
d to QGIS. A key highlight of the group's activities has been organizing t
hemed user days\, which have provided valuable opportunities for knowledge
sharing and networking.\n\nThis session will share the strategies that co
ntributed to the group's success\, including the impact of user days\, wor
kshops\, and partnerships with educational institutions. The aim is to ins
pire other QGIS user groups worldwide by sharing experiences and lessons l
earned. Together\, a global network of QGIS enthusiasts can be cultivated\
, driving innovation and collaboration across borders.
