Ryan Hippenstiel, PLS is a professional land surveyor with over 20 years of experience in government and private sectors. With a B.S. in Land Surveying and M.S. in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State, he specializes in cadastral boundary surveying, geodetic field operations, and program management.
