DESCRIPTION:Belgian federal authorities are working on PSI/INSPIRE conversi
on tool. We have produced an enhanced DCAT AP 2.0 profile. We have propose
d to use ATOMFeed to instantiate dcat:Distribution classes because of thei
r semantic completeness. We have tried to keep most of the INSPIRE metadat
a elements in order to keep the work that has been done for some years..\n
\n\nNow we are working on its implementation through GeoNetwork 4.x micros
ervices that would provide a consistent DCAT AP RDF/XML with many language
 s. By doing this we consider that our datasets will be more accessible thr
ough many platforms and open data portals and will become real FAIR data.
\n\nThis work is the result of the strong collaboration between federal be
lgian authorities (e.g. Cadaster\, National Mapping Agency\, Office of fed
eral statistics\, ...).Moreover we are involving regional authorities in o
rder to reach a certain harmonization. Now we would like to share these de
velopments with the opensource community. You can find more information he
 re https://github.com/belgif/inspire-dcat.
